On June 9, 2025, Hongbot Company, as a representative enterprise in the rare earth industry, actively participated in the conference onizing enterprise archives management to empower the construction of "Two Rare Earth Bases" and the interpretation of the "Regulations on Enterprise Archives Management", which was sponsored by the Innerolia Autonomous Region Archives Bureau. The conference aims to enhance the awareness of the importance of archives work among rare earth-related enterprises, promote the in-depth implementation of the "ulations on Enterprise Archives Management" in the industry, and provide solid information support for the full construction of the national important energy and strategic resource base.
The meeting was of high standard and substantial content, with relevant leaders in attendance and delivering speeches that expounded in depth the critical role of and modernized archives management in ensuring the compliance operation of enterprises, preserving core historical evidence, supporting strategic decision-making, and especially serving the construction goals of the country's " rare earth bases."
The core agenda of the meeting was the authoritative interpretation of the newly revised "Regulations on Enterprise Archives Management." Experts, in conjunction with the of the rare earth industry, meticulously analyzed key clauses of the regulations related to the scope of archives collection, classification and arrangement standards, electronic document management, security preservation requirements, development and utilization mechanisms, and provided highly operational implementation suggestions in light of the complex production processes, intensive R&D data, and long project cycles of rare earth enterprises.
