1. March 26, Mr Zhao Jiangtao,the deputy mayor of the Baotou Municipal Party Committee and other leaders visited HBT (Colors) for investigation.

2. June 14,a group of 6 members from the municipal party and government delegation headed by Mr Zhao Jiangtao, deputy mayor of the Baotou Municipal Party Committee, accompanied by Mr Xia Le, the deputy general manager of HBT, visited our Swedish client,Husqvarna Group and the delegation were warmly received by the local government.

3.July 15, Ms Wang Xiulian , deputy vice_mayor of Baotou City,  and other leaders visited Inner Mongolia Colors Rare Earth Environmental Friendly Pigment Co., Ltd. to guide the work.

4.August 30, the Inner Mongolia “Grassland Talents” High_level Talent Cooperation and Exchange meeting , the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos, grandly opened at the Baotou Exhibition Center. Mr Liu Jiangang, Chairman of  HBT, personally attended the meeting to introduce the company's technological transformation achievements to the leaders, and received the attention and praise of the leaders.

5.On September 5, the company's technology research and development team's new project "New Rare Earth Absorbing Materials" won the fourth place (third prize) in the finals of the 8th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Inner Mongolia Division).

6.November 6, after more than a year of hard work by both parties, HBT signed a technical cooperation development agreement with Guizhou Red Star Development Co., Ltd. The two sides will jointly advance the quantitative production of rare earth environmental pigments through complementary advantages.

7.September 20, the 11th China Baotou Rare Earth Industry Forum was held in Baotou. Before the forum, Aiw Lihua, Vice Chairman of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, Wang Wei, Director of the Raw Material Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chang Yugang, Vice Deputy Director of the Department of Mineral Resources Management of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Yang Qing,Vice Deputy Division of the Material Reserve Department of the National Food and Material Reserve Bureau, Gan Yong,Chairman of the Forum, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Former Vice Deputy of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Zhao Jangtao,the Deputy Mayor of the Baotou Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Xiulian ,Vice Deputy Mayor visited the rare earth products exhibition and listened to Colors’ Introduction and explanation of rare earth environmental protection pigment products.

8. October 25, after the review by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Industry and Information Technology Department and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Finance Department, they were successfully supported by the "first set of technical equipment, key parts and components and the first batch of new materials premium support".

9.November 11, Colors production base was officially approved for environmental impact assessment, and HBT was re_evaluated as a "High_tech Enterprise" through application and re_evaluation.

10.November 14,  the 2019 National Rare Earth Standardization Technical Committee Annual Meeting and the Fifth Session of the Rare Earth Standardization Committee were held in Quanzhou, Fujian.At the meeting, the standard name approved by the rare earth industry in 2019 was released. The industry standard “ La_Ce sulphide”, which was led by our company, was officially released for review, the standard number is XB/T 509_2019, and will be formally implementation on January 1, 2020.

11.On November 18_20, 2019, the 24th International Coatings Exhibition and the 32nd China International Surface Treatment Exhibition were held in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) as scheduled. The exhibition was unprecedented.Our company negotiated cooperation with domestic and foreign customers through this event, and signed 2020 production orders with a number of domestic and foreign agents.

12.November 20, with the approval of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Jiuyuan District of Baotou City, the original "Inner Mongolian Colors Rare Earth Environmental_friendly Pigment Co., Ltd." was officially renamed " Inner Mongolia Color Rare Earth Environmental_friendly Pigment Co., Ltd."
