To respond the great invitation of Sparky Group, HBT chairman Mr. liu Jiangang, marketing director Mr. Yan Junxi and other people conducted a four_day field visit to Sparky Group.

On July 24^th, the delegation visited the headquarters of Sparky Group in Berlin, Germany. During the visit, Mr. TILO GERMER, the marketing director, introduced the global market distribution of Sparky E_tools and the sales data of 2017_2018, and analyzed the E_ tools market in China.

On July 25^th, the mission held talks with Mr. NIKOLAY DIMITROV, chief executive of the overseas project of the Bulgarian national development bank, which is a shareholder of Sparky Group, and Mrs. ANTONIA DOBREVA, general manager of the Bulgarian Sofia branch.

On July 26^th_27^th, the delegation accompanied by Mr. VLADIMAR POSLEDVICH, technical director of Bulgarian Sparky Eltos AD, Mr. ANATOLIY IVANOV, general manager of production and development, MIROSLAV KALONKIN, deputy general manager of production and development, conducted field visits to each workshop and department of SPARKY ELTOS AD factory in lovech, Bulgaria. Through 2 days' visit to the factory and we discussion with professional staff for the implementation of the E_tools project, including the production of the E_tools, factory building, production equipment procurement, production line completion time, and professional skills training.

Through the 4_day research, HBT achieve deeper understanding the whole industrial chain of rare earth permanent magnet motor and power tools of Sparky Group. Besides, we discussed with chairman and director of the market about technology import, market sales, joint venture equity related issues, and reached the final cooperation intention. At the same time, both parties hope that this project can be implemented in Baotou city as soon as possible to realize the industrialization production of rare earth permanent magnet motor and supporting E_tools.
