To commemorate the 99th anniversary of the May 4rth Movement, carry forward the "May 4th" spirit, strengthen the team spirit of communication and cooperation among young cadres and staff ,strengthen exercise, work in a more positive and energetic manner. HBT carried out Youth Day climbing competition activities on May 4^th, 2018.The chairman of enterprise groups, Jiangang,Liu,the vice_president, Jianhua,Bi, the general manager of Colors, Xue_li,Chang and the market director Junxi,Yan and young employees participated in the activity.

At 9:00 am, all staff came site of activity, MeiLigeng scenic area in Baotou and were divided into four groups, with the peak waterfall as the end point, and the best team is selected according to the shortest time of the team members. In the mountaineering activities, every team gave full play to the spirit of trying to overtake each other, striving to climb, taking the bull by the horns and never give up, at the same time they didn't forget to encourage and help each other, everywhere embodies the excellent team cooperation spirit between colleagues. Finally all staff climbed to the mountain top and finished the competition.

After the competition, company organized all staff to convoke ideological and political learning society with the theme of overtaking difficulties and climbing the mountain and department representatives published his own deep comprehension .The chairman Jiangang, Liu  presented the prize to the winning team and gave young employees the holiday wishes, he encouraged  employees to take the spirit of being not afraid of difficulties and having the courage to racing into daily work and do a better job.

Through this activity, it not only enhanced the understanding among colleagues, but also promoted the team cohesion of HBT company.
