On February 28th 2017, Mr.Hatono,executive director of pigment division ,Mr.Mihara,general

manager of R&D department and Mr.Suzuki,general manager of tecnical department of pigment

division from TOMATEC JAPAN arrived in HBT,kicking off three-day visit .

TOMATEC JAPAN, founded in December 19th 1950 with 80 billion yen of registerd capital and

owned 14,800 employees now,is the biggest manufacturer of inorganic pigment in Asia. TOMATEC

mainly produce and sell fritted glaze ,mixed oxide pigments and other inorganic pigments. The

average annual amount of sales is about 10 billion.They, not only use red and orange pigment

of Neolor ,but also sell Neolor pigments in Japan for a long time.As HBT accuired Neolor bussiness

form Rhodia on December 1th 2016,TOMATEC expect to cooperate with us in technology in order

to reduce the cost of RE sulfide production ,improve the quality and fulfill the win-win relationship.

During the visit,both sides had a technical seminar that individually introduced the technology of

production and testing and deeply discussed the concerning technical problems . After visited our

exhibition hall ,testing center and workshop,both sides analyzed the physical properties and chemical

contents of current RE sulfide pigment and exchanged the views of improving and opitimizing the pigments .

With the rich expriences in inorganic pigments indursty,TOMATEC make us learn more in this feild.The

common intrests between us are large,so expect both sides go further subtantial process early.

On March 1th ,Mr.Han Jianmin,the secretary of the Party Committee of High-tech district of Baotou,

accompanied by Mr.Sun Liankun ,vice director of Investment Pormotion Burean of Baotou ,met the

Mr.Hatono from TOMATEC.Mr.Han pays high attention to the cooperation between HBT and TOMATEC

and introduced the preferential policy in aspect of funds,talents,lands etc for foreign investment.
