Guo Junfeng, director of the Torch Center of Science and Technology Ministry, explained the relevant policies for the identification of high-tech enterprises in detail.Autonomous Region Department of Science and Technology Policy and Law Department Director Chi Bo analyze the specific policy of "revitalize inner Mongolia through science and technology". Ren Huiru, Tax Administration Department of the Tax Bureau of the Rare Earth High-tech Zone,from the practical level explained the preferential tax policies, handling procedures and matters needing attention for high-tech enterprises. Relevant leaders and experts provided on-site answers and guidance on specific matters and difficult problems in the process of high enterprises' declaration.
