Hongbote Company, founded in 2008, is headquartered in Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone Industrial Application Park, with a registered capital of 31.57 million yuan, more than 80 employees and more than 10 experts. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating innovation, R & D, production and sales of high-performance green rare earth sulfide series products, it has an Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region-level rare earth sulfide research and development base and a wholly-owned subsidiary-Inner Mongolia Carlos Rare Earth Environmental Protection Pigment Co., Ltd. and a supporting quality inspection and control center.

Hongbote has realized the docking of the whole industrial chain, and is currently building a vertical industrial chain of rare earth primary processing products from Kyrgyz mining, concentrate dressing and smelting, concentrate preparation, rare earth carbonate preparation, to Kazakhstan separation and extraction to produce rare earth metals. Rare earth deep processing products have acquired Baotou Solvay rare earth polishing materials, while preparations are being made to build a downstream product chain involving magnetic powder-magnetic parts-motor-power tools, and strive to basically form a development strategic plan for Hongbote in 2021.

Inner Mongolia Carles Rare Earth Environmental Protection Pigment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongbote Group and one of the production bases of rare earth environmental protection pigments of the Group. The company was established in October 2017 and settled in the "Inner Mongolia Rare Earth New Materials Industrial Park" in Jiuyuan District, Baotou City, with a registered capital of 16 million yuan.

Hongbote Group has successfully acquired the top technology of French Solvay rare earth sulfide and has become an enterprise that has realized industrial production of rare earth sulfide in the world. After transforming French technology, Kole Technology Research and Development Team has built the first phase of production line with an annual output of 150 tons of rare earth environmental protection pigments.

Now it has the independent intellectual property rights of two methods of rare earth sulfide preparation technology, 11 domestic invention patents and 1 domestic brand "greenTop", 46 international invention patents and 1 international brand "Neolor" and a number of international domain names. Can produce international brand Neolor's PR265, PR275, PO75, PO78 four kinds of products, domestic brand greenTop's PR-001, PR-002, PR-003, PO-002 four kinds of products.

Rare earth environmental protection pigment has passed the EU EN71 toy testing certification, the United States FDA food grade certification, ISO9001 quality system certification and Swiss SGS certification. Rare earth cerium sulfide environmental protection pigments have been included in the "Thirteenth Five-Year" rare earth industry development plan of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the "National Encouragement to Replace Toxic and Harmful Raw Materials (Products) 2016 Edition" jointly compiled and issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Land and Resources.
