HBT Conducts Orientation for New Employees in July

The year 2018 is an important year for the development of HBT group. As the company grows, there is an increasing demand for talents. In order to standardize the training and management of new employees in the company, so that new employees can get familiar with the company environment, adapt to the company culture, understand the company's system and relevant technical knowledge, the company conducted a five_day intensive training and assessment of new employees from July 16th to 20th.
On the afternoon of July 16th, the opening ceremony of the new employee training course was held. Chairman of the group Mr. Liu Jiangang and general manager Mr. Chang Xueli of Colors delivered speeches respectively. On behalf of the group and the company, they welcomed the new employees to join the company, and hoped that new employees could integrate into the family of HBT as soon as possible through learning, and contribute to the development of HBT.
This training course mainly includes enterprise culture, company rules and regulations, basic rare earth knowledge, safety production management system and basic technical process. The new employees have good learning effect. After the training, the written test was conducted and the passing rate reached 100%.
