On May 5th, 2018, colors company organized first_line production staff to conduct one_day production knowledge training and learning, so as to better implement lean management, improve operation skills and expand working ideas.
The main content of this study includes two parts: the position operation ability and the basic craft knowledge ability of production line staff. On the afternoon of 5th, under the leadership of production supervisors, production line staff work in different classes according to the shift order, corresponding to learn the operating skills and site management of the post. During the whole learning process, the staff of our factory are strict in discipline, earnest in study, modest in consultation, and show a good spirit.
We benefited a lot from this training. It not only improves cognitive ability and operation ability for each post, and broadens the idea of lean management on site, especially in the field emergency situation, we received a lot of inspiration and learned some new methods. We will improve our work efficiency, enhance the overall image of the company, and promote the stable, healthy and sustainable development of the company.
