In order to do the healthy-support for all the staff and promote our healthy protection system, company
organized physical examinations for everyone.HBT has been constantly taking "people oriented" as
our management philosophy, considering staff's health as the matter of primary importance. This year,
based on everyone's actual need ,we determined different items of physical examination to make sure
overall healthy care for every staff in consideration of gender gap. Except the routine examination such as
internal medicine, surgical department, blood etc., electrocardiogram, liver function, ultrasonic-B on abdominal
examination also be included. Meanwhile there adds andrologic and gynecological package examination so that
we can check and prevent the disease early.
The results of this physical examination had been fed back to staff in time. Company built the surveillance archives
for staff's health, which make everyone feel the loving care and the warmness from the big family named HBT.
After saw the results, everyone knows personal health situation well and learn more healthy care knowledge and methods.
Most of them said that they will pay more attention to do excise and improve physical fitness for better life and work.
Regular physical examination has active effects on enhancing the rally power ,creating harmonious working environment and
developing enterprise culture of "people oriented".
