In order to expand HBT production capacity , in October 2017. the HBT Group successfully acquired Baotou seven colours deer Packaging Co., Ltd. The new company as a wholly_owned subsidiary of HBT Group, named " Inner Mongolia Colors Rare Earth Environmental Friendly Pigments Co ., Ltd". The new company is located in Baotou City Jiuyuan District Rare Earth New Materials Industry Application Park. The plant total area 29,000 square meters.
The new company will invest 210 million yuan and will adopt the advanced and reliable pigment production technology of Solvay in France,to build new pigment production line with an annual output of 500 tons, which is expected to be completed by the end of September 2018.
This new company allows products to serve the fast growing market demand for high stability inorganic pigments. So in the future it will become a base of world_class rare earth environmentally friendly pigment.
