On Sep. 12th, 2017, HBT invite Mr.Wang Xiongwei (the professional lecturer from Kelue Group) come to organize a strategic training.
The theme of this training is "how to improve team execution ", including five aspects : team thinking, responsibility thinking, examination thinking, result thinking and crisis thinking. The teacher’s humorous and clear way of thinking have benefited all HBT people.
The training helped us realize the importance of the team execution, there is not exist perfect individual, only has the perfect team!
