Local Standards applied by HBT was issued and implemented officially on March 15th,2017.HBT takes the main
responsibilities in drafting for this case , assisted in drafting by Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earths,Inner
Mongolia Institute of Standardization,National Rare Earths Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,Inner
Mongolia Lanxin Rare Earths Analysis and Technological Service Co.,Ltd and Guangzhou Hongte Chemical
Technology Co.,Ltd.
The Standards was named as RE Sulfide Pigment_Cerium Sulfide,with No.Standard DB15/T1079_2016 ,No.of
ICS 77.120.99 and filed No. 52532_2017 classified in Chinese Criteria Documents H 65,approved on
December 12th,2016 and implemented on March 15th,2017. RE Sulfide Pigment_Cerium Sulfide`s classification,
request,method of test,inspection rules and marks,packing,shipment,storage and certificate of quality
are stipulated in the standards which also can be suitable for the Oxide,Carbonate and other chemical
compound of Cerium.Cerium Sulfide made by chemical methods can be used as pigments for industries such
as plastics,paints,enamels,glasses,rubbers,inks,building and so on.
This local standards is the first standard for the products of RE sulfide,which lays a foundation for
establishing standardization system of products of RE sulfide.HBT will apply industrial standard for RE sulfide_La/Ce sulfide pigments in order to establish and improve the standardization system of RE sulfide.
