On November 12th, members of the marketing department participated in the "Foreign Affairs Benefiting Enterprises" conference jointly organized by the Mongolian Commercial Bank and the Baotou Municipal Government. The main content of the conference was to conduct overseas security situation analysis and risk prevention training for various enterprises, as well as foreign-related legal knowledge training.
Intended to provide comprehensive and detailed security guidance for participating companies. With the increasing trend of global economic integration, more and more enterprises are exploring international markets and expanding overseas business. However, while enjoying the opportunities brought by globalization, enterprises are also facing unprecedented challenges, including but not limited to security threats posed by various factors such as political instability, social security issues, and cultural differences.
Risk prevention training
The majority of the training at the conference focused on practical operations, specifically on how to establish an effective risk management framework. The main content is: crisis warning mechanism: establishing a rapid response system to ensure that emergency plans can be immediately activated in case of emergencies.
Employee safety education: Regularly organize relevant training activities to enhance the sensitivity and self-protection awareness of all employees to external environmental changes.
Information security protection: Adopt advanced technological means to strengthen the protection of important information assets of the company, and prevent significant losses caused by malicious software attacks.
Foreign legal knowledge training
The last but equally important aspect is teaching about various legal and regulatory barriers that may be encountered in the process of cross-border operations and their solutions. This part of the course will be taught by a professional team of lawyers with rich practical experience, covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: interpretation of foreign direct investment policies in various countries, precautions for cross-border contract signing, intellectual property protection strategies, and labor relations management norms
In short, this seminar aims to provide a comprehensive knowledge platform for enterprises to understand and master how to move forward steadily in the complex and ever-changing international environment. By integrating theory with practice, we hope to help more Chinese companies successfully "go global" and showcase a more brilliant and brilliant side on the global stage.
