To further enhance the company's capabilities in expanding overseas markets and advance the internationalization of our products, members of the Marketing Department participated in the third phase of the Alibaba International Station training session organized by the Baotou Municipal Commerce Bureau from November 19 to 21. This training featured diverse content and formats, providing valuable opportunities for participants to systematically master cross-border e-commerce operational skills.
The training covered core aspects such as the registration process for Alibaba International Station, store operations, product listing and pricing strategies, marketing promotion, and advertising placement. Through detailed explanations and hands-on demonstrations by the instructors, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the entire process from product listing to transaction completion. They also learned how to effectively utilize platform tools to increase product exposure and conversion rates. Particularly during the session on "promotion and traffic allocation," real-case studies were used to illustrate how to accurately target potential customers, optimize advertising effectiveness, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
This training not only strengthened the Marketing Department's understanding and operational skills regarding cross-border e-commerce platforms but also laid a solid foundation for the company's subsequent setup and operation of Alibaba International Station. Participants expressed that the training was highly rewarding and that they would apply the knowledge gained to their practical work, accelerating the company's efforts to "go global" and further enhancing the brand's influence in the international market.
