On July 23rd, the cross-regional patent transformation docking activity of Mongolia, Zhejiang and Guangdong was held in Baou City. At the meeting, Lu Pengqi, member of the Party group and vice-minister of the State Intellectual Property Office, Meng Qingwei, secretary of the Baotou Municipal Party Committee and mayor, and Lu Yingshi, deputy director of the General Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, speeches at the opening ceremony; Wu Zhenqing, director of the Autonomous Region Market Supervision Bureau, presided over the event; Zhang Anwen, consultant expert of China Rare Earth Society, delivered a keynote speech.
During the event, the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Autonomous Region and the People's Government of Baotou City signed the "Ag on Jointly Building a High-Quality Development Intellectual Property Strong City"; some cities in Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, and Guangdong signed agreements to join theangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cross-Regional Patent Transformation Cooperation Alliance; participating enterprises, research institutes, and banking institutions signed cooperation agreements patent technology, industry-university-research cooperation, patent licensing, and patent pledge financing; and the participants visited the Baotou Rare Earth Research Institute and the Yings Rare Magnetic New Material Co., Ltd.; and also released patent transformation achievements and held patent transformation project roadshows.
Themed "North Rare Earths Mer with South·The Future of the Intellectual Property Chain", the event, guided by the State Intellectual Property Office and organized by the Autonomous Region Market Supervision Bureau and People's Government of Baotou City, focused on key industries such as rare earths, artificial intelligence, and coal chemical industry, and built a "demand side-sup side-service side" trinity precision docking platform to promote the efficient and coordinated "technology research and development-patent transformation-industry upgrade" full-link and to an active role in promoting the special action of patent transformation, cross-regional patent technology transformation, and regional cooperation.
