“生命在于运动”这是一句耳熟能详的至理名言。生命对于我们每个人而言即是宝贵的，也是脆弱的。珍惜生命，自然离不开运动。适度的运动，可以使我们精力充沛，从容不迫地应付日常生活和工作；使我们处事乐观，态度积极，乐于承担任务而不挑剔。
2015年3月份，在我公司领导的倡导下，相关负责人组织大家于每周二、四进行羽毛球活动。各部门人员积极参加，在赛场上的技能不分伯仲，双打更是将团队的合作精神体现的淋漓尽致。希望"健康在于运动"不仅是我们现代人的一句时髦口号，更是我们必须努力去做的事情；也希望在新的一年，我们能以健康的身体、饱满的精神去迎接新的挑战。
